Your private client programme, run like a luxury house
Points reward everyone the same way. A VIP club recognises the few: a level they reach by spending, by invitation or by approval, a member number, privileges they book, and an advisor who remembers what they like.
- What it is
- A private client programme: levels reached by spend, invitation or approval, member numbers, booked privileges and advisors who know each client.
- Best for
- Fragrance and oud houses, jewellery and watches, luxury fashion, beauty clinics and fine dining.
- Included from
- Prestige, AED 999 a month.
- Your customers carry it
- An Apple Wallet card with the level and member number, a printed card, the Revisit app or the browser.
Recognition, not discounts
Most loyalty programmes stop at points and tiers. The Revisit VIP club is built for the way private client teams really work: levels with rules, privileges with allowances, bookings with approvals, and a client file every advisor can read.
Levels with rules
Reached by spend, by invitation or by approval. They never drop by surprise: each level comes up for review.
Privileges, booked
A yearly allowance per level, used at the counter or booked, approved and confirmed with a voucher.
A client file
Preferences, occasions, tags, notes and the one thing to say first, for every advisor and at every counter.
No points if you prefer
Switch the club to recognition only: no points anywhere, the level and member number instead.
Levels your clients earn, and keep
- Your own levels, names and colours, in English and Arabic
- Each level reached by qualifying spend, by invitation or by approval
- Approval by a manager, or by the owner only, for the levels that need it
- Invitation-only levels, joined from a personal link that works once
- Levels never drop by themselves: at the review date, members whose spend no longer reaches the level are listed for you to decide
- A history of every change: from, to, why, by whom and the spend at the time
Example levels and yearly spend; every figure is yours to set.
Spend counted the way your finance team counts it
What the client really paid, net of refunds, from every place they buy: the till, invoices and the scanner, each sale counted once.
- Over the last twelve months, the calendar year or the member's own year
- With or without tax, in your club's currency
- Only the companies or brands you choose, when your group has several
- Spend from before the club added by a manager, with a date and a reason
- Counted every hour, and at once after a visit
A number and a card worth carrying
Every member gets a club number with your own prefix, such as AP-000042. The scanner finds a member by it, typed or read from the card.
- Printed cards in bank-card size, one or a whole batch, with your club's brand and tagline
- The card data as a spreadsheet for your print supplier
- An Apple Wallet card with the level in its colour and the member number
Privileges with allowances, bookings with approvals
Give each level its own number of each privilege per year. Some are used at the counter; others are booked, approved, confirmed with a voucher and used.
A private tea at the boutique
Gold has one a year, Black two. The client asks from the app or the browser card; the boutique approves and confirms the date.
Booking · approval by a manager · Gold 1, Black 2 per yearAirport lounge access
The booking form asks for the airport, terminal, flight and guests; extra guests need approval. Each booking takes the next voucher from the supplier's package.
Booking form · guests with approval · vouchers from a supplier packageA birthday gift
Given at the counter during the birthday month. The advisor gets a reminder before the date.
At the counter · once a year · advisor reminderWhat privileges cost
Record supplier packages with their quantity, cost and expiry. Revisit works out the cost per use; only the owner and the finance role see it.
Cost per use · package running low or expiring: a noticeEverything an advisor should know before saying hello
- Preference and service questions of your own: scent families, ratings out of 5 or 10, favourite drink, packaging
- Occasions with their dates: anniversaries, national days, a child's birthday
- A pinned instruction under the name, also on the scanner: "Always host in Suite A"
- Tags such as "Oud lover" or "High gift buyer", and notes signed by the advisor
- Consents to data, marketing and WhatsApp, with a log of every change
- Quick actions: book a privilege, change the level, add a note, print the card
Nobody forgotten, no occasion missed
Each client has an advisor and a store of registration. Reminder rules turn into tasks for the advisor, or for the managers, with a daily summary.
- Birthdays and occasions, a set number of days ahead
- Clients who have not been in for a while, and a follow-up a few days after a purchase
- Level reviews coming up, spend below the level, and clients close to the next level
- Approvals and bookings waiting, consents or profiles missing
- Supplier packages running low or about to expire
The lists a client director asks for, ready
- Members per level with their share and spend; top clients by qualifying spend
- Upgrade candidates, reviews due and approvals waiting
- Birthdays this month and in the next fourteen days, with their pinned preference
- Inactive clients, missing consents, profiles not filled in
- Clients by tag, by profile answer, by store or by advisor
- Privileges used in a period, and what they cost
Every list exports to a spreadsheet. A search box finds any client by name, member number or mobile.
A club they can feel in their pocket
The card shows the level and the member number; if you wish, the spend and what the next level needs. Clients see their privileges and what is left, ask for a booking from the app or the browser card, and hear when it is approved, booked, its voucher sent or declined. A message tells them when their level changes.
Where your team already works
Run the club in the Revisit console, or, on the Pandoratech till (Odoo), straight in your back office: VIP members, level requests with Approve and Reject, bookings, supplier packages, the level history and the printed card. Spend comes from your till orders and invoices by itself.
Houses that know their clients by name
A fragrance house
Silver, Gold and Black by yearly spend, Royal by invitation only. Privileges: a private tea, lounge access and a birthday gift. Advisors note scent families and the client's favourite oud.

About the VIP club
What is the Revisit VIP club?
The Revisit VIP club is a private client programme. Clients reach levels by spending, by invitation or by approval, get a member number and privileges they book, and are looked after by advisors who know their preferences.
Can the VIP club run beside a points or stamp card?
Yes. Your main card keeps rewarding everyone, and the club recognises the best clients. Or switch to recognition only: no points anywhere, the level and member number instead.
Can a client drop a level?
Never by themselves. At the review date, members whose spend no longer reaches their level are listed, and your team decides. Every change is kept in the level history.
How do clients join an invitation-only club?
From a personal invitation link or its QR code, which works once and can expire and start the client on a chosen level. Your team can also add a client at the counter.
Who sees what privileges cost?
Only the owner and the people you give the finance role. Advisors see the privileges and bookings, not the costs.
