About visit packs
What is a visit pack?
A visit pack is a number of visits paid in advance, such as ten coffees or five car washes. One visit is used each time the member comes, and the Wallet card shows how many are left.
What is the difference between a pack and a membership?
A pack is a number of visits paid once, used whenever the customer likes until they run out. A membership is a club paid for a period, with benefits that come back every day, week or month.
What happens when a pack runs out or passes its date?
The card shows it has ended, and your team can sell a new pack at the next visit.
Can one customer hold several packs?
Yes, of different kinds: a coffee pack and a breakfast pack, for example. Each one shows what is left.
