About the plans
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Your members, their points and stamps, and your settings stay as they are when you change plan.
What happens to my cards if I move to a smaller plan?
They keep working for your members. A smaller plan only stops you from making new cards of the types it does not include.
What happens when I reach my member limit?
Your members keep earning and using their rewards. New customers can join again when you move to a bigger plan.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. The app, the browser card and the Apple Wallet card are free for your customers.
Are the prices with VAT?
Yes, prices are in UAE dirhams with VAT included. A year costs ten months.
