A loyalty programme that lives in your till, not next to it
Points are worked out by the till when a bill is paid. Rules, members, rewards, messages and figures sit in the back office your team already opens every day. Your customers get an app and a wallet card in your colours.
Your rules, down to the item
Decide how many points a dirham earns, then fine-tune: a different rate for a category or a single item, items that earn nothing, rounding, and the most a customer can earn in a day.
- Value of a point when it is spent, and the minimum balance to start spending
- The most points that can be spent on one order
- A points price on any item you want to give as a reward
- Tiers with their thresholds, period and an earn multiplier per tier
- A pause switch: stop earning and spending for a while, the balances are kept
Example rules; every figure is yours to set.
Two buttons for the cashier, nothing else to learn
Loyalty puts the member on the order: scan the code in the app or on the wallet card, or type a mobile number in any form. A customer who is not a member yet is enrolled on the spot, with or without consent to WhatsApp messages.
Points item gives the selected item for its points price. On the payment screen, Redeem points pays part of the bill with the balance.
- Points are added when the bill is paid, never typed by the cashier
- A refund takes back the points of the refunded part
- If the loyalty step fails, the sale still goes through and the case is listed for a manager
- The cost of points spent is booked to its own account in your books
Your card in the app customers already carry
Customers keep one Revisit app for every place they join. Your card shows your name, the balance and its value, the tier and the next one, and every movement with the date and the order.
- Your menu from the till, with pictures, popular dishes and your picks
- Offers with a picture, dates and conditions, shown on the card when you want
- Ordering ahead for restaurants: pickup, dine-in or delivery
- How to reach you: WhatsApp, phone, map, Instagram, TikTok, reviews
- A QR code and a join link for your counter, menus and social pages
A card on the lock screen that updates itself
From the app, a member adds your card to Apple Wallet with one tap. It carries your name and colours, the points, the tier, their value and the member's code. After every visit the card updates and the phone announces the new balance.
The code on the card is the same one the till scans, so a member can be served without opening the app.
Messages from your own number
Link your business WhatsApp once, by scanning a QR code in the back office. Revisit then sends, in English or Arabic and in your words:
- a welcome with the member number and the link to the app
- the points earned and used after a visit, with the new balance
- a congratulation when a member reaches a higher tier
- the one-time code a member needs to spend points
Each message is switched on by you. Only members who agreed to WhatsApp messages receive them, regular messages wait for the morning, and a reply of STOP ends them. Sending is paced to protect your number.
News for everyone who wants to hear it
Write a message in English and Arabic, see how many members will receive it, and send. It reaches the app's inbox of every member who agreed to marketing, and a notification goes to those who keep notifications on.
Members also get a notification when they earn or use points, when their tier changes and when an app order moves on.
Our winter menu starts Sunday: three new breakfasts, and the date cake is back for points.
See what the programme brings
A loyalty dashboard in your back office: active members and new members this month, members in each tier, sales to members, points issued, redeemed and still open, and what the open points are worth in dirhams.
- Every points movement, with its order and branch
- New members by branch
- Adjustments with their reasons, and a list of cases to check
- Every list exports to a spreadsheet
Points are money. Revisit treats them that way.
A code to spend points
Spending points needs a one-time code sent to the member by WhatsApp or e-mail. The cashier types the code the customer reads out.
One ledger, one record
Every movement is a line; the balance is their sum. The same bill never earns twice, and a refund never gives back more than was paid with points.
Limits you set
A minimum balance to spend, the most per order, the most earned in a day. Checked again on the server, whatever the till sends.
Adjustments with a reason
Only managers can add or remove points by hand, and the reason is kept with the line.
Roles for every person behind the counter
Owners set the programme and link WhatsApp. Managers adjust points, send messages to members and see the figures. Cashiers serve members at the till and nothing more.
The back office, the till buttons, the app, the wallet card and the messages work in English and Arabic.
Yours, and only yours
Each business keeps its members and their points in its own system. Businesses on Revisit never see each other's customers, and a customer's profile reaches a business only when they join it. Members can leave a business, or delete their account, from the app.
