Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Revisit app and its service ("Revisit", "we"), a product of Pandoratech, in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you accept them.
1. What the app does
Revisit holds the loyalty cards of the businesses you join (restaurants, cafés, shops and others), shows your points, tier, history and orders, and lets the business identify you at the till. It is free for members.
2. Your account
- One account per person, signed in with a mobile number you use. Keep your phone and the codes we send you to yourself.
- Give true details. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Each business runs its own programme
- The business you join decides how points are earned, what they are worth, the tiers, the rewards and any limits, and may change or end its programme. Its own terms apply to its programme.
- Points are recorded by the business. They belong to your card at that business, are used only there, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred unless the business says so.
- Questions about points, an order or a reward go to the business first. We help where we can.
- A business may correct points that were given by mistake, or reverse them when an order is refunded.
4. Using points
Using points at a till needs a code sent to you by WhatsApp or e-mail. Give that code only to the cashier, in person. Never share it with anyone who calls or writes to you.
5. Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no false accounts, no attempts to get points you did not earn, no interference with the app or our servers, no use of another person's number or card. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and a business may close its card.
6. Messages
We send notifications you can switch off in the app. A business sends you marketing messages only if you agreed, and you can withdraw that for each business in the app.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it may sometimes be interrupted or show information late. Your balance at the business's till is the reference. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for rewards, goods or services a business provides; a business is responsible for its own programme.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. We update the date above and tell you in the app about changes that matter. If you keep using the app afterwards, the new terms apply.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
